Simply Thai is one of the best places to eat in Louisville, and is one of Louisville’s best kept secrets. This is unfortunately due to it’s tiny space in St. Matthews. After doing some web work for them, these menus were created. To date, they have not been used, though it may be possible if/when ST moves into a new location they are scouting.

This menu design was also used as a class project during my senior year of college (And received a very good grade, I may add). And before anyone says a word about using Papryus – that’s what the shop’s original wordmark was set in.
